A little about me…
Hello! Welcome to the website of my micro-bakery, The Five Loaves Baker. This idea started at the beginning of 2020. And not just because of the pandemic! My dad is gluten-intolerant, and in wanting to bake bread, I had to find an alternative. Sourdough has changed the way we eat and live, and is such a healthy and gut-friendly alternative to store-bought bread. I’ve been so blessed by the amazing response and support in my area! I also have the privilege of bringing heritage recipes and crafts, such as the art of sourdough, back into the neighborhood.
